Please note the following terms and conditions relate to the prize draw to ‘Win a romantic long weekend worth £1000’
1. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
2. The prize draw is open to all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents excluding employees of Tourism South East, VisitBritain, Shakespeare House, Waddesdon Manor, Bicester Village, and any associated agencies.
3. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.
4. Only one entry per household.
5. The closing date for receipt of entries is Sunday 30th November 2008.
6. The winner will be selected in a random draw within 28 days.
7. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, Tourism South East reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
9. The winner’s details can be obtained by sending an SAE to the marketing department at Tourism South East.

The prize comprises: 3 night stay for 2 people at Shakespeare House, Buckinghamshire, in the Shakespeare Suite, dinner for two for two nights at Shakespeare House, a free afternoon tea on the day of the prize winner's choice at Shakespeare House, two free entry tickets to Waddesdon Manor and Gardens, and a £250 voucher to be redeemed in the stores of Bicester Village.
12. The prize excludes: (a) Any form of insurance. (b) Any accommodation extras (eg telephone, mini-bar, room service, etc) (c) Travel to and from the destination (d) Any personal expenses and spending money.
13. The prize is subject to availability and to the following conditions: (a) The accommodation must be redeemed Monday to Friday (inclusive), in December 2008, or between 1st March 2009 – 31st May 2009 (b) The accommodation should be booked directly with Shakespeare House and is subject to availability (c) Tickets for Waddesdon Manor must be redeemed Wednesday to Sunday, opening times apply. Please see www.waddesdon.org.uk for opening times (d) The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes. (d) There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non-transferable.

15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Tourism South East reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
16. No responsibility will be accepted by Tourism South East for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
