Getting Around

By Rail

Trains from London main line stations are fast and frequent to all major towns and cities and connect with a network of local and cross-country routes. If you plan to make several rail journeys obtain a special BritRail pass from your travel agent. Visit the National Rail Website

By Coach or Bus

Major towns and cities are well served by economically priced coaches operating to and from Victoria Coach Station, London. BritExpress cards can be purchased in advance.

Heritage Coach and Bus Hire are a large family owned business located in the major Sussex towns of Brighton, Burgess Hill, Chichester, Crawley and Worthing and offer a wide range of coaches, from 16 to 94 seaters.

By Car

If you plan to drive your own car or rent one in the UK remember to bring your driving license or international Driving Permit. When travelling, look for the brown and white signs indicating tourist attractions and I signs denote Tourist Information Centres
